From Chandigarh to the World
Founded in 1979 by R.K. Thakur, A One became the finest live sound and light company in North India, serving the Punjab, Himachal and Haryana regions.
Over four decades, we've grown from regional event production to a global powerhouse with three distinct divisions: Events, Launchpad, and Installations. In 2015, we introduced Outline Audio's GTO systems to India, and in 2018 introduced CODA Audio Catalogue in the country.
Today, with extended operations in the United States, we continue to push boundaries and set new standards in entertainment, marketing, and AV installation excellence across four continents.

Regional Leadership
Mrs. Kusam Thakur joins and A One expands across North India, becoming the go-to provider for touring artists, television productions, theater, and sports events.
The Next Chapter
Launched dedicated divisions for Event Management, Installations & Sales. This bridged the gap between management and inventory, marking structured growth with professional operations.
Outline Audio Pioneer
Nitin Thakur introduces Outline GTO C-12 line array and point source solutions to India. A One becomes the first company to bring and promote Outline's flagship systems in the Indian market.
CODA Audio Distribution
Rajat Thakur joins A One. Discovers CODA Audio at Musikmesse Frankfurt, visits their Hanover HQ, and brings their flagship AiRAY, ViRAY, and point source solutions to India. A One becomes the first company to promote CODA Audio in the country.
